Brian R. Wutz
Mr. Wutz is the principal shareholder of the Wutz Law Firm, PLC.
Prior to forming the Wutz Law Firm, Mr. Wutz practiced in an active commercial and civil litigation firm and
as a senior associate attorney at a major downtown Detroit law firm. Prior to fighting to obtain the largest
verdicts possible for his clients, Mr. Wutz represented insurance carriers, hospitals, and doctors on a national level.
Mr. Wutz also served as a clerk for the Federal District Court in the Western District of New York.
Mr. Wutz is an experienced litigation and trial attorney practicing complex family law, high net worth divorce,
criminal law, drunk driving defense, birth injury, commercial litigation, wrongful death,
medical malpractice and automobile negligence law. Mr. Wutz is also experienced in handling complex corporate disputes and
creditor and debtor’s rights cases.
