The firm litigates commercial matters involving breach of contract, non-competition agreements, business dissolutions and breach of licensing agreements for local and multinational corporations. In resolving any business matter, we explore negotiation, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration to obtain the best results with the least expense for our clients.
Real Estate, Zoning, Planning and Land Use
We counsel our clients with issues such as title examination, deed preparation, adverse possession, breach of lease, breach of guaranty, easement and boundary disputes, fraudulent conveyances and quiet title actions. We protect our clients' interest before, during and after the real estate transaction process. We represent client in the matters of blogger misconduct, defamation, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, unauthorized access and hacking.
Cemetery Law
We assist cemeteries, crematories, funeral directors, monument dealers, florists and vault companies in all matters relating to the death care industry including contract and employment disputes, estates powers and trust issues, corporate trust funds, state and local rules and regulations, debts, tax matters, corporate governance, the interpretation of public health and sanitary codes, general operations and all areas of not-for-profit law.
We also assist families and individuals to understand and enforce their rights and interest as lot owners including possession and control of property and rights to cremation, interment and disinterment.
